Todd Simpson, Our CEO, Boasts 38 Years Of Diverse Expertise Encompassing Small Business Ownership, Jewelry Industry Management, And Investment/Property Oversight. Having Founded A Cutting-Edge Security Start-Up, He Demonstrated Exceptional Leadership Skills.
In the jewelry sector, Mr. Simpson managed all facets, leading a 28-person team to generate an impressive $2.8 million in annual sales. Instrumental in operational enhancements, he implemented a state-of-the-art repair facility, streamlining processes through an automated system. Pioneering a productivity incentive program, he achieved a 15% boost in efficiency and a 10% sales increase. His innovative mindset resulted in six design patents, expanding market offerings.
In the tech realm, Todd directed a successful startup specializing in advanced security for Valuable Asset Transportation, securing contracts with top insurers. Overseeing the creation of 11 patents, he solidified the company’s position as an industry leader.
His real estate journey saw him invest in and restore commercial warehouses, maintaining an impressive 98% occupancy rate. A self-taught real estate researcher, he excelled in locating distressed properties.
Beyond the boardroom, Todd is an avid boater and Boat Captain since 1987, organizing group trips and showcasing his 36 ft Center Console Sport Fishing Boat. A former successful sports car racing driver, he achieved accolades in SCCA Road Racing and Road Rally, crowned the 1985 Road Rally Champion.
A Gemological Institute of America graduate in Diamond studies, Todd, a Palm Beach State College alumnus, is also a proud father of two accomplished daughters.

Raymond J. Oenbrink, DO, A Palm Beach County Native, Graduated From The University Of South Florida In 1980 With A Biology Degree, Focusing On Molecular Biology & Immunology. With A Profound Interest In Healthcare, He Served As A Volunteer EMT For Five Years During His Teens.
Dr. Oenbrink earned his Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree in 1985, ranking fifth in his class at Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. Combining MD and Chiropractic principles, he embarked on a career with a strong interest in critical care, undergoing an osteopathic internship at Humana Hospital of South Broward.

Becoming the first Osteopathic physician in the Family Medicine program at University Hospital of Jacksonville, he later signed with Norwegian Cruise Lines, serving as a physician aboard their fleet. Returning to his roots, he became an Emergency Dept physician while working as a flight physician on jet ambulance services.
Transitioning to family practice, Dr. Oenbrink excelled in ICU and ED settings, fostering long-term relationships with families. Personally experiencing the benefits of complementary & alternative medicine after a severe disc rupture, he shifted his focus.
While practicing family medicine, he served as medical director for the Ambulance Squad, a nursing facility, and an addiction/recovery facility. Known for tackling challenging cases, he adopted an “outside the box” approach, collaborating with different laboratories and embracing innovative techniques.
Relocating from South Florida to rural North Carolina, Dr. Oenbrink practiced as a locum tenens physician, gaining diverse experiences across the country. Settling in Western North Carolina, he returned to complex chronic illness patients, merging his integrative care skills developed throughout his career.

Jeff Bush Brings A Wealth Of Experience And Expertise Gained Over 28 Years In Law Enforcement, With A Significant Focus On Border Security And Immigration Enforcement.
His distinguished career includes roles such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer, where he served as the Lead Spanish Instructor at the ICE Academy, demonstrating exceptional leadership and instructional skills. Notably, from 2012 to 2014, Jeff was the ERO Agent responsible for the development and implementation of Spanish programs, showcasing his commitment to fostering effective communication within the agency.

As a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent, Jeff made substantial contributions to the Department of Homeland Security’s US Border Patrol, earning recognition as the Employee of the Year in 2000. His responsibilities ranged from overseeing the development of Spanish computer-based training to planning and reviewing daily work assignments for Border Patrol Agents. Jeff’s dedication and proficiency extended to his role as an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), where he provided essential law enforcement driving instruction to various agencies. With a career marked by excellence and a commitment to continuous learning, Jeff is a seasoned professional whose leadership and expertise have left a lasting impact on the field of law enforcement.

Chase Elliott Is The Manufacturing/Production Manager Of The Florida Based Company ES Iron Gate Technologies LLC, Which Specializes In Wireless Portable Security, Communications And Safety Solutions For Government And Private Sector Applications.
Chase was born in California where he attended Palm Springs high school before enlisting in the US Army during his senior year via MEPS out of San Diego California. This is where Chase honed his knowledge of firearm platforms and security protocols.

Before Chase moved to Florida in 2007 he attended College Of The Desert where he completed multiple accredited courses in computer sciences.
After moving to Florida, Chase attended Flagler college, earning him a BAS in addition to attending Phoenix East Aviation school in Daytona Beach.
Chase started his career in manufacturing in 2016 when he started a firearms component manufacturing company out of Daytona Beach and founded Armorer’s Warehouse LLC.
After years of manufacturing firearms components, Chase decided to turn his knowledge towards much needed security, communications and safety technologies to provide modular, portable security platforms to everyone in efforts to heighten safety concerns across the nation.
Apart from managing manufacturing for ES Iron Gate Technologies, Chase is an avid off-road enthusiast and concentrates his free time on riding with his wife and two children in addition religiously hunting and fishing.
